Frankincense essential oil is produced from the resin of the Boswellia carterii or Boswellia sacara tree. It has powerful healing properties and is commonly used in aromatherapy. It reduces stress, relieves pain and inflammation and boost immunity. The oil can be either inhaled or applied on the skin.
For wrinkles: Add six drops of frankincense oil to one ounce of any unscented oil and apply it directly on your skin. For stress: Add a few drops of frankincense oil to a hot bath. For scars/stretch mark: Mix two to three drops of oil with an unscented base oil or lotion and apply on your skin. For cleaning: Use it in an oil diffuser to clean and disinfect indoor spaces.
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children. Keep the container airtight after opening the seal.
