Our green coffee is created from premium beans selectively picked from Fairtrade and organic certified farms in the High Ranges of Kerala in South India. Green coffee beans, unlike regular coffee beans, are not roasted so that natural antioxidants like chlorogenic acid present in the beans, can be retained.
