The Vechur Ghee is obtained from the sacred and grass feed cattle breed named after the village Vechur in Kottayam district of Kerala state.
As per Ayurveda, Vechur Ghee is highly nutritious and found to have manifold medicinal qualities. Unlike other breeds, smaller size fat globules and saturated fatty acids of the ghee helps easy digestion and absorption of fats.
