What is the Shipping Philosophy of ayurkruti.com?

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk if you are unsure.

When will you ship my order?

We normally ship-out all orders within 24-48 hours. 

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 2- 7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product category.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, ayurkruti.com provides Free Shipping  for order above Rs 1500. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.90 on orders of Rs. 500 or below. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us  on  care@ayurkruti.com.

How can I track my order?

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our web-store after logging in.

How do I place Bulk Orders?

We get it. Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by contacting us via care@ayurkruti.com or calling us at 8129441339 (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on care@ayurkruti.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.


RETURN POLICY

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to care@ayurkruti.com or call customer care number 8129441339. After dispatch, the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

What is your return policy?

Ayurkruti returns policy accepts exchanges/replacements and direct refunds. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 15 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return, exchange and refund an item for any reason, please email our Customer Care at care@ayurkruti.com. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

What items can I return?

You can return all items(should be a company seal), Returns for open seal it will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

How do I initiate a return?

Please mail us at care@ayurkruti.com or call customer care number 812941339  to initiate a return. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail:

  • Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
  • customer number
  • Product Name
  • Issue
  • Pick-Up Address and pin code.

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check with our support desk if your pincode has this facility. Else you will have to ship the item back.

Where do I mail the returns?

Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your order number and contact number!

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  •  The item/s should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  •  The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 15 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I get my to-be-returned-product to get picked up from a different address from the existing delivery address?

Sure. But the pickup address needs to be in our list of viable pincodes. You can check this on the profile.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 15 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

What is your refund policy?

In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order you will receive a full refund to your account.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

1.We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

PAYMENT MODE

 

1.Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

2. Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Ayurkruti.com. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

3.What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring :

 

    • 1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
    • 2. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days For any further clarification, you can email us on care@ayurkruti.com

1.Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?

If you register with us, you are inevitably getting subscribed to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

2.What to do if I forgot my password?

Just click on 'Forgot Password' option and we will s end it to you on your email address registered with us.

3. wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order .
