Do not bother yourself thinking about anything regarding Ayurkruti, as we have solutions for all your problems. Did you ever think of what you could do if you want to cancel an order from our site???? Here is something that you should do to cancel an order,

     You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. All you should do is to drop a request to care@ayurkruti.com or call to our customer care number 9496233144. After dispatch, the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

   Our Return policies accept exchanges/replacements and direct refunds. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to  15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period. To help us process your return smoothly, we recommend taking a video while unpacking your order as evidence in case the product is damaged or incorrect.

 If you wish to return, exchange or refund any of our items for any reason, please email our customer care at care@ayurkruti.com. The returned product should be in its original packing and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

     You can return all items(should be company sealed), returns for open seals will be accepted only for damaged or defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. In the case of fabrics, we are following the rule of  American four-point system of quality control.

     Our reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pin codes. You can check with our support desk if your pincode has this facility, else you are requested to ship the item back to our address for exchange or return.

         Replacements will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subjected to the following conditions:

1.    The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.

2.     The packing should have the original tags in place.

3     They should be returned within 15 days from the dispatch date.

          Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will neither be accepted nor the amount will be reimbursed in this case.

    You can also get your “to-be-returned-product” to get picked up from a different address from the existing delivery address, only if the pickup address is in our list of viable pincodes (check for the viable pin code on the profile).

        You can replace the item for an exact same item or for another item of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference in amount will have to be paid in advance. In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order, you will receive the full refund back to your account.

        We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure. Always have a check on your mail and kindly wait for the process to complete.

Sure. But the pickup address needs to be in our list of viable pincodes. You can check this on the profile.
Can I choose a different item in exchange?
You can only exchange your item within 15 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
What is your refund policy?
In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order you will receive a full refund to your account.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
