Ayurkruti’s Orange Fiber Modal Satin Fabric is a 50% orange fiber, 50% modal satin weave, 110 GSM in weight and 58 inches (about 147 cm) wide. The satin construction gives a smooth face with a natural shine and a fluid drape, and the weight adds body without making the fabric stiff. It is widely used in womenswear, including dresses, blouses, tops, skirts, co-ord sets, kaftans, scarves, nightwear and occasion wear. Both fibres are plant-based cellulose, which suits brands building sustainable collections.

The fabric is supplied in RFD (Ready for Dyeing) form for dyeing, printing and garment manufacturing. Our botanical dyeing range offers 12 unique shades made with natural dyes. For azo-free dyeing, we dye to your Pantone colour code, so shades stay consistent across a collection. We also offer screen printing and digital printing on this fabric, and we can manufacture the finished garments, so fabric, colour and production can be handled by one supplier. Pricing is kept competitive for quality fabric at every order size.

Ordering terms: the minimum order quantity for RFD fabric is 5 metres, enough to check the shine, hand feel and drape before you commit to bulk. Dyeing starts from 50 metres. Orders above 100 metres get better pricing. EPFC certification for plant-based fabric claims is available on orders of 500 metres and above. Machine wash cold or hand wash at a maximum of 30°C, dry in shade only, and use a low-temperature iron if needed.
