30% Pineapple Fiber (PALF) / 70% Pima Cotton Yarn – NE 24/1

This blend is developed for brands that want a finer, lighter yarn without losing the natural strength of plant-based fibers.
Pineapple leaf fiber (PALF) adds durability and a slightly crisp character to the yarn. On its own, it can feel a bit firm, so we balance it with Pima cotton. The Pima softens the yarn, improves the hand feel, and makes it more suitable for garments worn directly on the skin.
Compared to a 20/1 count, this NE 24/1 is finer and lighter. You’ll notice better drape and a cleaner surface, which makes it a good choice for lightweight fabrics where comfort is important but some structure is still needed.
From a production side, the yarn runs well on standard weaving and knitting machines. No special adjustments are usually required, which helps if you’re planning to scale or repeat orders.
We produce this yarn on a made-to-order basis. Dyeing can be done using natural dyes or Azo-free dyes, depending on your requirement. We don’t use conventional chemical dyeing methods.
